At Breeze Beauty Soaps, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. Because our soaps and skincare products are personal care items, we have the following return policy to protect the health and safety of all of our customers.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used soaps, bath products, or other personal care items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for:

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for:

Fragrance preference

Color variation

Natural imperfections

Personal preference after use
Because each bar is handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, weight, and appearance are normal and make every bar unique.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled or modified at any time before your next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, that month's order cannot be refunded. Changes will apply to future shipments.
Allergies & Ingredient Responsibility
Please review the ingredient list for each product before purchasing.
While our products are made with high-quality ingredients, every person's skin is different. Breeze Beauty Soaps is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Shipping Issues
Once a package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, Breeze Beauty Soaps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience a shipping issue, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
